A. Review & vote on Election Resolutions |

| Director Konsmo explained that the district is required by law to allow for an individual from the district to submit their candidacy for an open director position even though the district appoints directors in lieu of elections. Therefore, the district is required to submit two resolutions to the county:
1. Resolution for Election Consolidation which says the district agrees to be part of the General Election being held on Nov 3, 2026. The votes were 4 Ayes, 0 Nayes. 2. Resolution for Candidacy Cost which says a candidate is responsible for any associated costs. The votes were 4 Ayes, 0 Nayes. As noted on our website, the following director positions expire on Dec 4, 2028: 1. Mike Helmuth 2. Annette Feliciani 3. Ron Brown Guests Katie & Dutch Nichols expressed their appreciation for the board’s effectiveness and the composition of current directors. |
