A. Update on the extension of the approved road maintenance bid from Ramsey. Origin bid = $78,948, now with #1 & #2 = $88,934 plus FEMA budget.

1. Added asphalt seal to Thistle & Wild Horse

2. Added chip seal to lower Stagecoach, similar repair treatment to upper Stagecoach (6370 sq ft @$0.92 = $5860) (Note: #1 & #2 = $88,934 utilizing funds from the FEMA budget)

A. FY 2026/27 Review of Annual Assessment Amount.  By resolution the Board can decide to remain with the current annual assessment of $750 or increase it up to the maximum allowed by current ENR-CCI inflation; must be submitted to Tax Collector by July 20, 2026.
